Thankfully, salvation is in sight. You can change your display name in just a few seconds. Here’s how.

An important distinction is that this only applies to PC, Mac, Switch and Mobile players. That’s because all of those use your Epic display name that’s associated with your account.

If you’re looking to change your Xbox One Gamertag or PlayStation Network ID, you’ll need to do that via Microsoft or Sony. Depending on whether you’ve changed it or not already, you may have to pay.
